*Keeps the same quiet/sleep hours around 11p to 6a or 7a (no cooking or guests in common areas, asleep overnight)
*Light to moderate cooker
*Occasionally to rarely has friends over
*Ok with using unscented laundry products due to housemate allergies

Current residents are the homeowner who works from home and her dog a good boi fluffy Aussie dog. Doggo loves people (or will leave you alone) and he is not a barker! The bathroom is shared with the other resident, a flight attendant who is only home for about half of the week.

We tend towards being independent and self-sufficient. We're also friendly and considerate but prefer to give each other quiet space in the home. We're not a sharing style household and ask that you respect (leave alone) other people's food and belongings.

The home is a two-story, medium sized townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

ID, 2 most recent paystubs, first month's rent and damage deposit, and sign a standard month to month agreement to move in.
