This is a stable home with awesome roommates who has been there for 2+ years. The house is clean and well maintained. Looking for professional, respectful roommate. Male or female. Bath is shared with male. It is unfurnished. Access to all amenities. Washer/dryer in home. Please no druggies, no pets, no kids and no couples. Smoking outside only. This is a chill house, no parties. Overnight guests are ok from time to time if you have a significant other, but no strangers plz. Everyone has a designated space in refrigerator/freezer/pantry. The current roommate is moving out on May 20th and will have the entire room cleaned and carpet professionally cleaned as well. We would need to arrange a viewing with a 24-hour minimum notice prior as per NV law. All rooms have their own keys to get in and the front door has a keypad and everyone gets their own personal code. Rent includes all utilities/high speed internet/monthly housekeeping service in common areas.
