Please consider my space. I’m offering an extra spacious private master suite. Located in Southwest Nevada, in the Spring Valley community, it's within walking distance of major bus lines and shopping options, and just minutes from the Strip, UNLV, and other campuses.

The master suite features a new Queen Ergo Cooling Memory Foam bed and a 62-inch streaming TV with full surround sound. Amenities include a full kitchen, a new washer and dryer (for household items and clothing only), high-speed WiFi, and on-site parking, and the best part of all a brand-new HVAC breathing Cold Fresh Comfort✨

***Absolutely no smoking or pets- I'm extremely allergic to both! ***‼️

Ideal for traveling nurses and similar professionals. Spring Valley Hospital is just half a block away, with four new hospital facilities opening within the next year.
Note: No overnight guests
are allowed. Applicants must pass background and credit checks.

Minimum stay: 3 consecutive months; maximum stay: 6 months unless otherwise agreed. A security deposit may be required, along with a nonrefundable $ 150.00 move-out cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit at move-out.
Please note: All deposits will be forfeited if vacated earlier than the agreed terms. Utilities are shared 50-50 and are payable on the 15th
Of each month.
My home is very well-maintained, clean, and respectful. It's expected that guests will uphold the same standards.
