* Private-use downstairs bathroom, occasionally shared with guests.
* Room can be rented unfurnished if preferred.
* Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Home Amenities:

* Professional housekeeper comes every two weeks to clean, including changing your bedsheets.
* Shared access to common living areas and kitchen.
* Home has two friendly dogs and one cat.
* My 24-year-old daughter also lives in the home.

I am a working professional in healthcare and travel frequently for work. We maintain a comfortable, clean, peaceful home and are looking for someone who would appreciate the same.
