ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment will be a spacious, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence featuring a shared kitchen, comfortable living areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and balcony.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and a separate bathroom exclusively for your use.

I’m currently an EVORA resident in a 2-bedroom apartment and am planning to transition into one of the community’s available 3-bedroom residences once I find the right roommate.

The third bedroom will be my daughter’s room, so there will be no additional roommate.

I’m a 30-year-old working mom and student, and I live with my one-year-old daughter.

I balance school, work, and motherhood with a flexible schedule, and I typically work nights.

Our household is generally quiet, relaxed, and welcoming. I value cleanliness, open communication, personal space, and creating a comfortable environment where everyone feels at home.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

I’m hoping to find a roommate who is clean, responsible, friendly, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.

Ideally, someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment, communicates well, and is comfortable sharing a home with a parent and young child.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free household.

IMPORTANT MOVE-IN INFORMATION

The anticipated move-in date is around December 1st, although I’m flexible for the right roommate.

Because I’ll be transferring into a 3-bedroom apartment within EVORA, the move is contingent upon securing the new apartment and successfully completing property management’s lease application and approval process.

The approval process can take up to 48 hours. Final move-in arrangements will be confirmed once the apartment is secured and management approval is complete.
