Clean, Quiet, Homie

Spare rooms are 10x11. Comes with queen mattress and television set up. Ethernet in room. Private bathroom unless we have guests in town, which isn’t often. That’s the only time our guest bath is used. Home has a water softener. Comes with a parking spot. Prefer no pets due to allergies. One of us works from home so preferred no one too noisy but within reason. I love music in the background any day. Obviously like yelling or TV so loud we could hear you in the office would be the issue lol We do host game nights and dinners with friends and family pretty often if you don’t mind that. Utilities are included in the flat rate and we take care of the machinery myself. Prefer someone who’s clean. By that I mean if you use it, clean it. If you brought something out, just put it back when you’re done. More than welcome to use any of our gadgets in the home in all shared living spaces in the loft, kitchen, garage, and living room :) separate refrigerator can become something we can talk about if you like to keep your fridge stocked with meal preps or something and we can’t fit everything together or you don’t want to share for whatever reason.
