My wife and I are empty nesters. I work full time - while my wife recently retired (but is constantly busy with various projects).

We have (2) furnished rooms available on the 2nd floor of a
5-bedroom house located in a quiet, gated community on the southwest (Durango/Twain).
Shared bathroom & laundry room also on 2nd floor.
Rooms have full-size beds, closets/drawers, ceiling fan, black-out curtains, and TV ( no cable).
High speed internet & utilities are included.
Welcome use of common areas like: kitchen & the backyard. Parking available.
Public transportation, fast food/restaurants, & shopping are conveniently close-by.
