Looking for a profesional/ kind /responsible Female roommate only between 25 - to 50s, who is super clean, has a clean diet , important has full time - stable job outside of the living space. Has a quiet personality and keep things to themselves.

We will close a lease agreement where we will specify our rules and agreements. Must have legal active documents, we will pass a background check on you.

Main rules of the house are:

* Anything you brake you will pay for:
* ABSOLUTELY no smoking, drugs, or alcohol, or friends over, no pets allowed either.
* Must be a Healthy and Sane person wirh high hygiene values. No stinky people arround my place.
