I am a animal lover so I do have 2 dogs and a bearded dragon. I'm a introvert cool as a breeze and a whole Vibe but want tolerant disrespecting or breaking the house rules. I keep a clean house and except the same. RESPECT my space and I will most definitely Respect yours. I have zero tolerance for dirty people, liars, thieves, overly aggressive people and fake people. ( so please don't come here putting 20's on 10"s) BE YOURSELF. I Live in a nice quite HOA with amenities that you do have access to. So these rules MUST be respected as well. We all know how HOA's can be so any issues for me is a issues for you

What I am looking for:
Like minded, hard working, someone who can pay Cash, Cash Ap or Venmo with no issues. Someone who understand the importance of keeping a Clean house and Hygiene. Someone that can provide there own food, cleaning supplies, detergent and Hygiene products. Someone that can RESPECT All House rules. And just all around Respectful of me and the HOA Rules.
Must have access to your own transportation. No Dogs/Cats OTHER PETS may be Considered. Must have something Productive to do daily.
Limited Guest with Stipulations. No over night Guest at All. Keep noise to a minimum Respectfully. At the end of the day your are renting a room Respect is non-negotiable period. and the same Respect will be giving.
