I have 2 small private bedrooms available, rented separately for $625/month each, in a gated community in the 89121 area.
Each room is for one person only. I also live in the house, so once both rooms are rented there will be 3 people total living here.
The two tenants will share one bathroom with each other.
$625/month per room + $200 deposit
Available now! If you move in before the end of the month, your first month's rent will be prorated, so you only pay for the days you're actually here.

No regular parties. An occasional birthday, engagement, holiday, or other celebration is fine as long as everyone living in the house agrees beforehand
Both rooms are unfurnished.
The first month is a trial month to make sure everyone is comfortable living together. If it's a good fit, we can do a 6-month lease afterward.
