We are Denean (42) and Matt (39), platonic co-ed roommates who are renting our third bedroom in Henderson. I’m in retail and he works in the entertainment industry, so our schedules vary but we are courteous and quiet after 10pm. Neither of us drink alcohol. We’re pleasant and kind but enjoy quiet nights to ourselves.
We live in an extremely safe Henderson neighborhood. The house is located on the edge of town, close to hiking and off-road trails, and situated between with huge trees just houses away. Most neighbors are retired military, it’s the kind of street where everyone knows everyone and is very friendly. The house is close to the CSN College of Southern Nevada, Nevada State University, and Nevada State College, making it ideal for a working professional or student. It’s within walking distance to a shopping center with Smith’s, restaurants, bars, and various food places. The dogs in the photos aren’t here full time, but they’re very well-behaved and friendly, though they’re older. Recently we adopted a cat too.
High-speed internet (UL) is included. The home features high ceilings, vinyl wood flooring, tile, granite countertops, and extra storage. The house is well-maintained, and we hope you value keeping it that way too. Good dogs are welcome, and there’s a large covered backyard with a fire pit. There’s a small gym area with free weights, a bench, and a squat rack. You’ll have a private bedroom and a shared full bathroom with ample storage space. The house also has a huge three-car garage for storage and parking.
Rent is $900 month plus 1/3 of the utilities. There will be a deposit of $300. The room is available now. Message me if you would like to come see it today. First come, first serve. You’ll have your own garage space, and extra space for storage. If interested, you’re welcome to come over and take a look today.
