Henderson Bedroom / Private Bathroom

Furnished bedroom in One story, 4 bdrm, 3 Bth, 2200sq ft Henderson house with a pool, situated on over 1/4 acres at end of cul de sac. Full size bed (new mattress), desk, dresser, nightstand, blackout curtains, reach in closet, and flatscreen tv with fire stick streaming. Internet included along with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Bathroom is attached to bedroom, and was recently fully remodeled with a new shower, vanity, and new flooring. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to another bedroom that is used as an occasional guest bedroom. I am open to the possibility of renting the other bedroom connected if someone wants to use it as an extra living area/Office, for an additional monthly rent of $325. The 2 bedrooms are situated at the back of the house off of the family room/kitchen area, and are separated from the master and other bedroom in the house. Walking trails behind home lead to nearby park area. Huge backyard with pool, bbq, covered patio for relaxing. Great night sky view of the stars. Short walk to public transportation and many parks and shopping. Downtown Henderson Water street close by for dining and entertainment.

Full use of kitchen, laundry room, backyard, pool, and living areas. I will supply space in the pantry, freezer, and fridge for tenant’s use and tenant will have an extra storage closet in the bathroom for bedding/towels/bathroom items. I do not have room for personal kitchen supplies but should have everything necessary and renter can use all of my kitchen items.

I am a quiet, clean, easy going professional woman, I am looking for a female professional or student that is also easygoing, clean, and responsible. I have a 10 year old daughter and My mother lives in a separate casita in my backyard. I take care of her, along with a caretaker that comes here 5 days a week to help her.

Must be ok with dogs. I have two friendly French Bulldogs. They are gated into the back kitchen and living area of the house.

I have a large driveway and will provide parking for one vehicle.
