It is somewhat of an open common area but reserved for you if you’d like or if you have furniture.

* Private unfurnished (or partially furnished) bedroom with ceiling fan and east-facing window for natural light
* Private bathroom with two sinks, a tub-shower combo, and a toilet area
* Spacious walk-in closet with hanging rack and a shelf
* Upstairs loft area for your personal use
* Loft currently has a desk/chair and TV wall mount already installed, but can be removed if you have your own furniture
* Bedroom also has a TV wall mount available for a larger TV accommodating around a 45-70”
* Space for a couch or additional furniture in the loft
* Option to add a mini fridge upstairs in the loft, there is a garage fridge to keep food separate
* Washer/dryer access upon scheduling agreement

I’m looking for someone who treats the home like a home — not a party house. Guests limited but allowed upon agreement.

Lease terms:

Utilities: Included up to $400, splittable beyond that (typically additionally only during summer months)
