Looking for roommates

Join our lively, 2,100-square-foot roommate-style home near Sunset and Durango, behind IKEA. My husband and I share the master, and the two bedrooms are on their own side of the house giving you added privacy. There’s a downstairs living room and an upstairs loft with a projector, giving you a private living area at all times for watching tv or gaming. The roommate bathroom has a double sink; if you rent both rooms, it’s a private bath. Rent one bedroom for $700 or both for $1100. Utilities, internet/streaming, and a housekeeper included. Espresso maker, cocktail shaker, LGBTQ+ friendly, 🌳💨 outside. The rooms come unfurnished unless you would like tonuse the bed and dresser.

We are Filipino and Italian mix. We like to meal prep 2-3 nights out of the week, and host friends/family a couple times a month. We have two small dogs that are in their kennel if we aren't home. Home is equipped with AI security cameras and keyless entry.
