Hi!! I’m looking for a friendly, clean roommate for my fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (spare bedroom unfurnished). The apartment is modern and updated, located in a great area right off the highway with tons of nearby stores, a gas station next door, and Summerlin Target about 5 minutes away. Community amenities include 24/7 access to the pool and gym, free uncovered parking, valet trash, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

You’d have a private bedroom with a walk-in closet, your own hallway, and a private bathroom. Plenty of kitchen storage, and you’re welcome to use everything in the shared space.

About me: I’m a single woman (27) newer to the Las Vegas area and work full-time as an oral surgery assistant (Mon–Fri), so I’m gone most weekdays. I’m also currently studying to become a real estate agent and take Spanish classes three times a week. I enjoy working out during the week and going out to have drinks with the girls on weekends. I rarely have people over, but you’re always welcome to have guests.

Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, non-smoking, and no pets. Utilities are split—only energy and internet, typically $100 or less per month.
