RENT DEPENDENDS ON ROOM SELECTED ($950, $1100)

This is a new property that just finished being built (October 2025). It is located near the Durango Hotel and Casino (near the entrance to the 215). This is a 5 bedroom house with 4 full bathrooms. I will be staying in the primary bedroom and am looking for four other roommates. Two of the rooms will have their own bathroom while the other two have to share one. Property comes with fast and reliable gigabit internet, Tankless water heater, and water softener. Room #4 has its own private bathroom will be going for about $1200 per month, and Room #2 will be sharing a bathroom will be going for $950 If the fit between us is good I will consider adjusting prices.

I am the owner of the house and already have two rooms taken. I am an Associate Director at a tech startup and I work remotely so I’ll be home typically during work hours. I also travel quite a bit. I plan to get gigabit internet for the house as I need reliable high speed internet. I want all my roomies to be respectful and clean the after themselves and help each other out! I will be adding photos of the house within the coming days at it was just finished being built.
