I'm renting a room in my two-story, three-bedroom home located in the quiet and friendly Durango Springs neighborhood. Available for move in Feb 23rd 2026

Red Ridge Park, Durango Casino, Cowabunga Canyon, Grocery, banks and so much more, all within 5 min drive.

More specifically about the house:
Everything in the shared living spaces are available for all to enjoy no permission needed. We do have some basic cleanliness standards for the house—nothing extreme, just common sense. I’m happy to explain more during the interview.

The house comes with furry roommates! A 12-year-old long-hair cat and a 4½-year-old Shepherd/Shar-Pei dog. I take care of all their needs, but if you’re not into pets, this probably isn’t the right place. It’s important to me that they feel comfortable and not alone when people are home.

That said, The space I've created is meant to give calm, comfortable, and secure vibes.
