Private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a quiet, upscale 1,000 sq ft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Summerlin (Peccole Ranch). $1,150/month or $300/week. Fully furnished, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly housecleaning included. 30-day minimum preferred.

Your space: A huge, carpeted master bedroom with a queen 14" gel memory foam mattress, full bedroom set with dresser and two nightstands, 55" TV, large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with full tub and shower.

Move in with just your suitcase: Everything is provided — sheets, comforter, pillows, bath towels, plates, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and all the small things you'd otherwise have to go buy. Bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you're home.

Shared space: Open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, 65" Roku TV with surround sound and streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Pluto), reclining couches, and a sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful palm trees, hammock park, pool, and spa area. Fully equipped kitchen — refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and every utensil you'd need. In-unit full-size washer and dryer. Second-floor unit, one flight of stairs.

Community: Resort-style pools and jacuzzi, 24-hour fitness center, BBQ areas, hammock park, clubhouse, and an 18-hole disc golf course with a walking greenway trail just behind the complex — a rare stretch of real green in the desert. Parking available on site. Garage parking and storage units are available for an additional fee (not included in rent).

Neighborhood: Costco, Whole Foods, Smith's, Target, and Home Depot are all within a few minutes, and Downtown Summerlin's shops and restaurants are a short drive. Red Rock Canyon is about 7 minutes away for hiking and horseback riding. The Resort at Summerlin (formerly the JW Marriott) with Rampart Casino is just a couple of blocks away, along with Suncoast and Red Rock casinos nearby. The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas are about 20 minutes out.

About me: I'm Patricia — 60 years young with a youthful attitude, friendly and outgoing, and I run my own business. I've been in this apartment 5½ years and sober over 12. Fluent in English and Spanish, I dabble in a few other languages, and I love to travel and explore. I keep a calm, clean, respectful home, and I want it to feel like yours, too.

Small dogs considered case by case — must be house-trained and not a barker. A pet deposit and monthly pet fee apply in addition to rent. Service animals welcome.

Community quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday nights, and 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday nights
