The ideal roommate for this tranquil, upscale apartment is a responsible, friendly, considerate, and professional/gainfully employed woman who enjoys life with peace & joy. Smoking and drug use are not allowed, and no alcohol consumption in the apartment is preferred.
This spacious private room with an ensuite bathroom is located in the heart of Summerlin in Las Vegas. It's part of a luxury 2-bedroom shared apartment available for stays of 30 days or more. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer & dryer, as well as luxurious community amenities like resort-style pools, a jacuzzi, BBQ areas, a hammock park, and a clubhouse. The apartment offers modern, open-plan living with high vaulted ceilings and stylish decor. The private master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size 14” Gel Memory Foam mattress, a matching bedroom set with dresser and nightstand, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a full-size bath & shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, tea kettle, and all necessary kitchen and cooking/baking utensils & amenities. The spacious living room boasts a large 65” TV with several streaming options (including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Pluto TV, & Roku) and comfortable reclining couches for a theater-like experience. There's also a sunny patio balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the view of palm trees and the pool & spa area. Housecleaning is provided once a month, and all utilities and services are included. Free carport parking is available, and garaged parking and storage units are available for an additional fee. If you are looking to rent on a weekly basis, the rent is $300/week with a $150 refundable deposit.
Guests have private access to their bedroom and bathroom, along with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and laundry facilities with an in-unit full size washer and dryer. You can also enjoy the resort-style community amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, hammock park, swimming pools, covered parking, a glamorous clubhouse, an 18-hole Frisbee Disc Golf course, and optional storage facilities. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs to enter.
