The house: 3 bedroom, single story townhome, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and spacious shaded patio. Vintage but very clean and everything works.

The neighborhood: safe, charming gated community with walking trails between the many pools, there is lots of shade, beautiful mature landscaping, it is a quiet neighborhood tucked into the city. Sunrise Villas, must see.

I would consider a $150 rent reduction to $650 a month (in exchange) for roommate to do grocery shopping (weekly) and prepare 2-3 light meals a week.

About me: I am no longer driving. I am retired, and I now use a walker. I had a stroke 2 years ago. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 50 years. I am seeking a kind female renter, I feel safer having someone around but I won't get in your way. No overnight guests.

My current roommate is moving to southern California, space will be available by August 1st, possibly sooner.
