ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house is brand new and has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,719 sq ft.

LOCATION: The house is located in a safe gated community in the North West of Las Vegas. The house is currently all women. I’m looking for 1 more woman to fill the last room.

PRICING (all utilities included): The one room available is located upstairs and is $750/month.

PARKING: Parking is free and available on the driveway. You can also rent a garage space for an additional $50/month.

PET POLICY: Although I personally love dogs & other animals, since this is a shared living situation, no pets are currently allowed.

CHILD POLICY: Because this is a shared living situation, no children are currently allowed.
