Looking for a roommate to share my brand new 2-bedroom townhome near the 215 Beltway and North 5th Street!

The room:

Private, unfurnished upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom

Shared kitchen and living room downstairs

In-unit washer and dryer

1 Gbps high-speed internet

Driveway/street parking

Flexible move-in date; 12-month minimum

Everything included for $850 total/month. $250 security deposit. First month’s payment due before move-in.

The room does have ceiling fan capability. I’m willing to share the cost to get one purchased and installed.

A little about me: I’m a young and ambitious working professional who enjoys gaming, Marvel, and other nerdy stuff. I have two cats, so you must be comfortable around cats. Fellow gamers are a plus! I’m also part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

This wouldn’t be just a tenant/landlord relationship. I’m also interested in building a friendship with the individual who rents this room.

Looking for: Another fellow working professional who is clean, respectful, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and easy to get along with. No smoking or recreational drugs, and no heavy drinking. Social drinking is fine. No additional pets preferred; reasonable guests are welcome.

Nearby shopping, restaurants, parks, and convenient access to the 215.
