These rooms are located inside the property. You’ll be allowed to change the locks if you’d like, and you can have your own personal mini fridge. You’re also welcome to decorate the room to your liking, as long as you don’t put holes in the walls.

Certain rules, responsibilities, and other details will be outlined in a personal rental agreement so everything is clear and comfortable for everyone.

I also have a Rottweiler who helps guard the house. Once I introduce you to him, he’ll be friendly, kind, and protective of you. He’s a good dog and is simply there to help keep the property safe.

If you ever need to bring someone over, just ask the landlord beforehand and we can coordinate it.
