• The house is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the garage only. Vaping is allowed indoors.
• Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and help maintain common areas.
Requirements:
• Valid ID and proof of income required
• First month’s rent and security deposit due upfront
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month,
