The homeowner’s bedroom is just down the hallway, and the tenant will share common living areas with the owner’s family. This is a familyoriented household, so we are seeking someone respectful, responsible, and comfortable in a shared environment.
Shared spaces include the kitchen and living room, available for reasonable daily use. This is a shoesoff household, helping maintain cleanliness and comfort for everyone.

Keep your bedroom clean and organized
Clean up after yourself in shared spaces, including kitchen and bathroom
Wash, dry, and put away personal dishes and cookware
Use the washer and dryer responsibly and keep the area tidy
Assist with light household duties as needed (trash, wiping surfaces, etc.) Be mindful of noise, quiet hours, and family routines
Respect shared property and personal boundaries
Communicate openly and respectfully if issues arise
No overnight guests, smoking, drugs, disruptive behavior, or pets
