Our home is lovely, cozy, and a comfortable shared living home! Located in the gorgeous area of North Las Vegas, NV, near Camino El Norte (same as Martin Luther King Blvd., which changes at Craig Road) And Washburn Road. Spacious, private, nice-sized 1 bedroom downstairs with a shared bathroom near the hallway and near the front door entrance.
I currently have room for rent downstairs with a bathroom near it in the hallway.
The room is near the front door entrance. I have two rooms upstairs for rent and mostly through AirBNB. I am seeking long term renters and sometimes obtain them through Airbnb or Roomies, SpareRoom. The bedroom is furnished. You can view the various rooms, most of my Airbnb rooms are booked sporadically through next year & have flexible cancellation, if find a full-time renter for more than three months. Require a deposit of $400 and refundable at the end of 6 or 1 year lease, if no incident of damages and provide a 30 day notice.

The room rental does include shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining room, living room & upstairs loft with exercise equipment & large smart TVs and 2 full bathrooms. Sometimes we do have shared meals with everyone in the house. We have at least three good cooks who enjoy cooking and an active retired a couple enjoys cooking for people and get paid through their network & small business outside the house.

The downstairs bedroom with access through the hallway to the bathroom, although it’s sometimes shared it’s close to the bedroom and front door.

I keep a five star operation with doing Airbnb. I tried using this platform before, but people that say they’re going to come and become a no-show or probably get another offer.

Therefore, I continue using Airbnb and I do provide a discount for people who rent through the Airbnb on a monthly basis or long-term.
