Welcome to our lovely, spacious home in the beautiful North Las Vegas area—near Camino El Norte, Washburn Road & on Baltimore Station Street. This is perfect for traveling professionals, especially nurses seeking comfort, convenience, and community. Keyless Entry & Security Integration with cameras.

🛏️ Room Options:
• 3 Private Bedrooms (Upstairs or Downstairs) – $700 to 750/month per room (depending on the size of a room & market rate).

The downstairs bedroom is $ 750 with a semi-private bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms in the house and a total of 5 bedrooms.
• Option to rent one or two bedrooms with a private bathroom downstairs
• Upstairs bedroom includes a remote-controlled adjustable queen bed with massage features & all upstairs bedrooms & stairs to them are carpeted ($750)

• Each room is furnished for one person or a couple (max 2 occupants per room)

• A unique situation had opened effective November23rd. There are 2-furnished bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom is in the middle of them as a private bedroom for the two bedrooms
The monthly rate for 2-bedrooms is $1400 & a total of 4 occupants for the 2 rooms.

• Pre-approval required if have pets. We do have two pets. They’re service dogs for my veteran husband that lives in the home their American Bullies (neutered, vaccinated & boys) & are not allowed on our carpeted areas. They are in their cages inside the house. When dogs are out of cages it is when we are brushing & grooming them. They are usually outside in their large backyard or when we are taking them for walks and to the numerous dog parks and parks. If you have pets & are approved then the following conditions must be met. As a roomier with pets & renting any of the carpeted areas, there will be a $170 cleaning fee every month. This is due to dogs shedding hair. In addition $80 monthly pet damage coverage must be paid in rental amount.
