We are looking for a mature individual short or long term to rent our lower floor quiet furnished room with queen bed, endtables, bookshelf, table. The room for your convenience has a kitchenette consisting of: and apt size ( bigger than a mini fridge!)fridge, microwave, convection oven, single burner, coffee maker, use of instant pot, electric grill. In the room is the private bath.
Our home is very peaceful and comfortable.
This would be a month to month basis, but we are looking for a long term tenant. No pets, we already have a dog and cat . Due to the other people in the home and to be respectful, there is no overnight guests.
The area is in a great part of the North Las Vegas area. ALIENTE AREA. There are walking paths behind the house and Deersprings Park is very close by. Bus stops are located on Aliente Parkway.
Please NO DRAMA! We are mature individuals and hard workers and respect each other's space.
