Second floor has 3 bedrooms, no carpet except for stairs & closets. The master bedroom is located at the very end. Two guest bedrooms with a full guest bathroom, each room has window treatments and upgraded fans.

Currently it’s just me (female 25) and my roommate (female 25). I live in the master bedroom and essentially rent out the 2 spare rooms to other women. Most of my time is consumed by work, so I'm rarely home.
