We live in a a 4 bedroom house and will like to rent a room that has a ceiling fan with remote control and app control, 56” smart mounted TV, fridge, microwave, bed small table and indoor garage parking. We are young and we spend most of our days at work or in our rooms. I have a declawed cat and 1 dog as my companion animals as I'm a leukemia survivor.
I work from home, this is a new and gated community. The house was built 4 years ago, we have a pool and Jacuzzi available to us at the entrance of the complex during summer. We have unlimited wifi. The house has security screens and brinks alarm system with access to paramedic assistance just a button away.
We are 10 mins away from Walmart, Costco, Sam’s andTarget LVAC, Starbucks, EOS and Dutch bros and several places to eat are less than 5 mins away too.
Room and price is for one person only no pets. We stay away from drama and we are very clean. No smoking, drinking, visitors or illegal drugs please.

We would like the person to pick up after themselves or we can bring someone to clean every 2 weeks.
