Hello, we’re looking to backfill our roommate who is leaving at the end of June. We’re looking for someone to rent the spare room starting July 1, 2023. Our lease will end on October 31,2023. This is ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet, chill, and safe place to stay for a couple of months. Rent is $800 with utilities included. Deposit of $500 that is returned back once you move out. The room is downstairs and and has its own detached bathroom. You’ll have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. Room can be furnished for an extra monthly charge or unfurnished for $850/ month. It’s a total of 2 living in the property.
