Have a nice home, quiet neighborhood, safe, amazing views on the patio and roof top balcony. I do have two dogs, a mini Aussie and maltipoo that are well behaved and older. Yes, they bark when Amazon comes to the door.

Looking to find a great roomie that is a non-smoker, employed or in school, responsible and likes dogs. Sorry, no more pets.

The room is large with a walk in closet and windows on two sides. Full bathroom. Upstairs laundry, living area and wet bar. Access to the balcony and deck. Space to park in the driveway or on the street. The room is currently partially furnished. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer. Background/references and simple credit check. Small move in and 1st month. Will need to sign a rental agreement. Looking for 6 month minimum but would consider 3 months.
