I would insist on someone being Tidy organized and person who is working, a perosn who is easy-to-understand easy going demeanor, positive attitude and a people person. A person who Will NOT bring drama or DRUGS or SMOKE in the unit!

The space is limited to sharing an apartment [830-sft] to get you from points A to C.
The space can be unfurnished if needed. there is a air mattress available in the livjng space.
All common areas would be shared. There is wifi, pots and pans utinsils, dishes washer a washer and dryer or shared bathroom, the toilet area has its own area with a door.

I keep the apartment at 77 degrees to maintain air flow and comfort.

There property is gated and door code theer is parking without covered spaces to park. there are two pools and 2 gyms, pickle ball court and close by is highway, many stores, restaurants, shopping nearby.
