Big regular room with shared bathroom

Hi, my name is Krystle and I live in this 5 bedroom house with my boyfriend Gary. We are renting out 4 bedrooms upstairs, including the master. We, the landlords, live downstairs and all the tenants live upstairs, creating separate living. In the loft for tenants has a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, sink for dishes, laundry, and trash/recycling. I have spent thoughtful time providing all amenities upstairs for tenants, making this two story house split into two houses. The tenants almost never need to go downstairs for anything, since all amenities are conveniently upstairs for them. Tenants can even cook upstairs in the loft! All kitchenware, dishes, water and ice are provided, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets! I pride in cleanliness, privacy, convenience, respect, and safety for all housemates. My rate is a steal! Must pass background, bad credit is ok. Must work full time and provide last two paystubs. Deposit is negotiable, can be financed into the monthly rent. No one has ever declined my house after checking it out!
