Hi! My name is Krystle, and I live in this brand new house with my boyfriend Gary. There are 4 rooms for tenants, and one is available for rent, with shared bathroom. All the tenants live upstairs, and the landlords live downstairs. We provide plenty of additional amenities upstairs in the loft for tenants, such as a full size refrigerator, microwave, portable stove, toaster oven, laundry, trash and recycling. All common areas of the house are sharing, including the garage and backyard where smoking is allowed. 😇
We are looking for full time workers, must pass background check, and provide last two paystubs. No credit is OK.
There is a deposit of $800, however the deposit can be discussed in a negotiable payment plan. I offer this only to help out the new tenant at move-in, to alleviate the stress of a hefty payment due upfront.
