I live in a beautifully upgraded 2,600 sq ft, 5-bedroom home built in 2022. The common areas are fully furnished with high-end finishes and a clean, modern aesthetic.

About the Space:
I’m looking to rent out a spacious upstairs bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. This room functions as a second master suite and is located across the loft on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom—giving you maximum privacy.

About Me:
I live a low-key lifestyle. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors—running, working out, or at the stables with my horse, Emma. I keep a tidy, considerate household and value a peaceful, respectful living environment.

A Few Quick Notes:

* Need Extra Space? If you need additional storage or would like a second room to use as a dedicated home office, I’m open to including the adjacent room for a modest additional cost!

* Cleanliness & Vibe: Cleanliness and mutual respect are essential to me. If you prefer a more relaxed housekeeping style, we might not be the best fit (no hard feelings!).

* Pets: I have a small dog named Billie—she’s extremely well-mannered and sweet as pie! However, if you're not an animal person, it's good to keep in mind.
