This rental space has a twin bed, TV, tray stand and lamp. The space is surrounded by privacy curtains. The space is in an extra large room with other roommates. This has a SHARED bathroom.
Living room has comfortable sofa and “ TV. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and pool area anytime. Rooftop viewing area with incredible views of Red Rocks, Sunrise Mtn & Hill Mtns(Henderson), the roof has a table with chairs for comfort. This is not a party household.
The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and Desert Inn, Maryland Pkwy and Eastern Ave.
Also there is a lb dog here, so hopefully not allergic, no other pets allowed at this time.. sorry.
