We are offering in our two story home, a very nice furnished private room located on the second floor. You do not share the space with the owners as tenants have your own kitchen and common areas. This room is actually like a mini apartment.

$760 Month to Month Lease, however, we are looking for long term tenants.
$350 Security Deposit

All Utilities included (water, electricity, trash, wifi, central air AC/HEAT)

Furnished Bedroom: desk with chair, dresser, nightstand, large wall cabinets, refrigerator-freezer, private vanity room with sink, mirror and cabinet and drawers.

Laundry Room: On first floor with private tenant wall cabinet.

Tenant Common Room: On second floor

Full Bathrooms: All tenants have private sink rooms in their rooms, but an additional two full baths are available on the first and second floors for tenants only.

Location: Close to South point Casino and the M Resort in South Las Vegas, Cactus, Bermuda

Special Rules: No guests, No couples, No pets, No drugs and No smokers.

Requirements: background check are required.

Type of Tenant: Kind, respectful, caring, clean, private and polite people are currently here and we are looking for the same in our new tenant. This is not a party house. If you seek safe, quite but cozy place this could be for you.
