Room with private bath available on the first floor, completely furnished and inclusive of utilities. Available right away. We are three professionals in our 40s who have lived here together for a few years, we stay active and keep things quiet and clean. We’re looking for someone who shares that same low-key, respectful lifestyle.

This is a large, private bedroom on the first floor. It’s tucked away from the rest of the house, so it’s very quiet. It has a queen bed, closet, TV, dresser, desk, and more + your own private bathroom attached to the room.

The House: The house is pretty big (2,600 sq. ft.), so there is plenty of room to spread out.

The Neighborhood: We really love this area and have great relationships with our neighbors. The house sits on a quiet, circular block that’s perfect for a morning or evening walk, and Desert Bloom Park is just a short stroll away. It’s a very safe, friendly pocket of the neighborhood.

Location & Conveniences: Everything you need is right around the corner.

Shopping: Smith’s and Walmart are just a few minutes away for easy errands.

Food & Drink: There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, including the Village Pub for a quick meal or a drink.

Commuting: You’re in a prime spot for getting around—just 5 minutes to the 215 or 10 minutes to the I-15.
