It’s also next to the bathroom, which is shared with 2 other working male professionals (long term roommates).

You also have easy access to the shared spaces; dining area, kitchen, game room w/pool table, and backyard patio area with BBQ grill and firepit.

The House: The house is pretty big (2,600 sq. ft.), so there is plenty of room to spread out.

The Neighborhood: We really love this area and have great relationships with our neighbors. The house sits on a quiet, circular block that’s perfect for a morning or evening walk, and Desert Bloom Park is just a short stroll away. It’s a very safe, friendly pocket of the neighborhood.

Location & Conveniences: Everything you need is right around the corner.

Shopping: Smith’s and Walmart are just a few minutes away for easy errands.

Food & Drink: There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, including the Village Pub for a quick meal or a drink.
