Looking for a comfortable place to settle in? Our large, sunny upstairs bedroom is ready now, fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, closet and TV. The shared bathroom is right next door.

Rent is $875 per month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. The security deposit is just $437.50—half a month's rent—and there is no broker fee. One-month stays are welcome, and we'd love someone looking for a longer-term home.

You'll share our spacious 2,600-square-foot house with two male housemates who work, stay active and appreciate a calm, tidy home. We respect each other's privacy and enjoy a friendly, low-key atmosphere. You have access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry and yard/patio, with parking available.

We're in Las Vegas 89123, near Desert Bloom Park, with Smith's, Walmart and restaurants nearby and convenient access to the 215 and I-15.

This room is for one person. Stairs are required. No smoking or parties; please keep shared spaces clean and respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are considered—tell us about yours.
