1 bedroom + Utilities included 1000 a month. Can be furnished or unfurnished. We are renting a room in our brand new home to help with offsetting a new baby and new home buying expense. This is a brand new home so we are looking for someone who can pay the rent on time and is clean and responsible. 10x10ft room with little 2x4 area cut out from closet or bed. So closer to a 10x12. We are offering our downstairs room which is specifically separate from the rest of the house and rooms so it will feel more like living by yourself. You will have the downstairs shower to yourself but will share the restroom with guests and visitors. We are a married couple and we work full time so there’s lots of time on weekdays with no noise or distractions. The room we are offering is close to the entry and has plenty of room of car parking. Brand new clean house with 60k renovations just done last month. This property is close to unlv, strip, and airport. Property is super centrally located where everything in the valley takes less than 20mins to get to. Must have proof of income. No pets please we have two hairless cats who are hypoallergenic but friendly. I often have friends over for gaming during weekends in our game room upstairs. If you like video games and can respect the rooms rules your more then welcome to play in there also. The house has a huge backyard with cactus garden so if you have any plants or want to do a project out back there is plenty of room. Corner house so plenty of traffic out front but easy to get to and leave quick and privacy at the same time since less neighbors. Month to month or contract is acceptable. Must be comfortable with cannabis smoke. Can be furnished with bed, tv, closet, desk, light or removed if already have. Text if serious and can’t wait.
