Hi. My name is Susan. I’m looking for one responsible female roommate interested in going in together on a lease for a house, townhome, or condo (downstairs bedrooms) on the west side of Henderson. I am available to move now, but can be a bit flexible on the move-in date. I have a certified service dog, she’s small.

The pics of places are just for references. WE WILL AGREE ON THE LOCATION AND DWELLING TOGETHER.

What I’m offering:
• Shared lease - we apply and sign together
• You would have a private bedroom and separate full bathroom
• Laundry in home
• I handle general common-area cleaning (not personal messes, dishes, or cleanup from individual use)
• Calm, respectful, adult household
• l have a registered small support dog (4.5 years old, well-behaved)

Financial / lease basics:
• Security deposit split evenly
• Most properties require credit score minimum of 700
• Long-term stability preferred

House expectations (to discuss together):
• Cleanliness maintained in shared spaces
• Agreement on smoking, guests, and cannabis use
• Quiet, respectful lifestyle
• Open communication and mutual consideration
