Looking for roommate (friend?). When I close the door on my way out I want to feel good about who I am leaving inside. I have a history of happy roommates.
I am verry easy to live with. Only have a couple easy rules that we can discuss.

On the negative side. I do smoke cigarettes. Renter needs to be able to walk steps, in case of an unusual elevator failure. It is an older complex but the current new management does respond quickly to correct problems. I have lived here long term and it has been a very good place to live. .

It will by worth your while to contact me and visit if you are looking for nice quiet place to live. The apartment is very bright and a challenge to take good pictures with a phone.
