Clean, Quiet Room in SW.

Quiet neighborhood in southwest. I just bought this house and am moving in around November 11th, which is why the pictures don't have furniture.

The House: 1500 sq ft, large kitchen and family room (TV) areas that you are free to use to your heart's content, just clean up after yourself and we'll never have any issues. All hard wood floors throughout, washer/dryer upstairs, 2 fridges so plenty of space for food/meal-prep. You'll have a nice sized bathroom all to yourself (not attached, but adjacent to the room itself). Street parking.

Me: 40 y/o working professional - friendly, clean, easy going, respectful, no drama. I work from home as a producer at a video game company, I don't drink, smoke, or do any kinds of drugs. I have two very friendly and well trained dogs that do not bark. On a personal level, I'm a huge nerd and I never take anything too seriously, and my biggest idiosyncrasy is no outdoor shoes on in the house (raised in an Asian household - that's how we do).

You: Friendly clean, easy going, respectful, no drama. Non-smoker, no drugs (I don't mind if you drink as long as you're not getting all sloppy and such). Guests outside business hours are ok with some heads up. I will be asking for a background check if it ends up being a good fit.

I'm looking for a $500 refundable security deposit along with first and last months rent, move in as early as Nov 14. Thank you!
