Backyard with turf

People - 2 males in their 30's living here currently. Both currently work remote, 1 travels a lot and the other is about to take a position where he will be traveling a lot. Any male or female welcome. We have people over for BBQ one weekend a month typically for UFC and football on a Saturday

House - Fully furnished throughout. There is a large loft with a couch and TV upstairs and the living room downstairs, as well. Full office downstairs where 1 usually works when home. Backyard with turf and patio furniture and fire pit. All utilities are included in the cost. 500mbps internet. House is at the end of the street so plenty of parking right outside.

Room - Decent sized with closet. It is used as an extra bedroom right now so all of the extra stuff in the room will of course be taken out. Shared bathroom with 1 male. Ceiling fan and lights remote controlled. Room stays pretty cool throughout the day and night.

Neighborhood - Pretty close to Durango Resort, EOS, and food. Quieter area with not a ton of traffic, lots of people walking outside throughout the day, couple food trucks nearby.

Welcome to come check out the room before making a decision. No need for a 12 month commitment if you do decide to move in, just give me 30 day notice of moving out and kindly ask for full months instead of prorating anything.
