Backyard with turf

People - 2 males in their 30's living here currently. 1 works remote and travels a lot. The other travels for work a lot.

House - Fully furnished throughout. There is a large loft with a couch and TV upstairs and the living room downstairs, as well. Full office downstairs where 1 person usually works when home. Backyard with turf and patio furniture and fire pit. All utilities are included in the cost. 1 gig internet. House is at the end of the street so plenty of parking right outside.

Room - Decent sized with closet. It is used as an extra bedroom right now so all of the extra stuff in the room will of course be taken out. Shared bathroom with 1 male. Ceiling fan and lights remote controlled. Room stays pretty cool throughout the day and night.

Neighborhood - Pretty close to Durango Resort, EOS, and food. Quieter area with not a ton of traffic, lots of people walking outside throughout the day, couple food trucks nearby.

Welcome to come check out the room before making a decision. No need for a 12 month commitment if you do decide to move in, but I am looking for someone to stay at least 3-6 months. We are pretty clean overall, wipe down counters after we cook, no shoes in the house.
