Room(s) for Rent – Cat-Lovers Only!

I’m a working professional who previously lived in this peaceful 4-bedroom home near Summerlin with a large backyard and covered patio. I’m looking to rent out the downstairs bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs, so the space offers a bit of privacy and separation from the other tenants.

This is not your typical rental. I’m specifically looking for someone who **truly loves cats** and is willing to share some responsibility with the other roommates to care for my senior male cat who will continue living in the home. He is very sweet and gentle, but he does have some special needs, so this really takes someone patient, kind, and genuinely caring. It takes a special kind of person to give him the consistency and attention he deserves.

You would be sharing the house with **two wonderful male roommates in their 60s** who are easy-going, respectful, and young at heart.

In exchange for helping ensure my cat is cared for and not alone, **rent will be reduced**. I provide all food, litter, and supplies, what I’m really looking for is someone with a caring spirit and who is reliable.

• Reliable and consistent with helping care for my furbaby.
• Comfortable with me stopping by once in awhile/ on the weekend to visit him.
• Open to a long-term arrangement, as I will be living elsewhere but want my cat to remain in the home he knows
