Looking for a roommate to share my 3700sf home in Mountain's Edge (Southwest-Blue Diamond/Buffalo) with either a male or female. Large bedroom with closet, and own private bathroom. Also included is WiFi, one parking space in driveway, and some storage space in garage. Available room comes also with a shared, very large loft space with balcony next to it. Common areas of shared deluxe kitchen with double oven, microwave, and side by side refrigerator, dining room, living room, also included. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in home. Big backyard in safe, quiet, gated community. I have a 15 year old, well-behaved long-haired spaniel mix, and other roommate has a 4 year old well-behaved collie. Exploration park and walking trails, Albertson's and Starbucks and numerous restaurants within minutes of the home. Since I am the homeowner, I can negotiate terms so feel free to contact me.
