Fully furnished 12x12 room with walk in closet and private bathroom (bathroom is shared with guest room but I rarely have guests so it’s basically yours !) you can actually have your pick of 1 of two bedrooms.
You will have full use of entire house and community has 3 pools, basketball court and close to everything!
I don’t drink and keep a fairly chill household. Looking for a laid back easy going nice person to be my new roommate. No couples, work from home situations or major drinkers allowed please. No kids or pets.
