Looking for a roommate to rent one of my available rooms on the first floor. Room has its own adjacent full bathroom and comes fully furnished. Living rooms (largely unfurnished downstairs for now), kitchen, laundry room and heated swimming pool area are all shared/accessible. Periodic maid cleaning service included. There will be another potential room renter upstairs and will be the only other occupant in this large 5 bedroom home. I (owner) check in some days/nights and may use the master bedroom upstairs as needed (I live in another home in N Vegas). So home will be predominantly quiet and will have it mostly to yourself (pending other room mate on the 2nd floor). Comes with garage parking spot and garage some shelves to put any extra storage items. Corner home and close to shopping and casino resorts (M and South Point are 7 mins or less driving). Prefer multi-month but will consider month-to-month. *Update* Aiming to make room available by NLT 9 Jan 26 as current tenants are in the process of finalizing their move-out (a little delayed on their part), house prep/inspection being done.
