Room available at $625 per month, includes all utilities and WiFi. We are looking for someone young, clean and tidy. The rent is reduced because we are looking for a longer lease contract of 14 months. Single occupancy, no couples, no pets. The house is smoke-free, as in non-smokers only, of any sort. We have a 2 year old labradoodle, and we do not want to have additional animals. 6 month minimum lease, then month to month. Requirements:
• Security deposit of one month’s rent required, refunded at move out
• One-person occupancy
• 680 minimum credit score, negotiable if very young
• Pass a background check, $50 fee for background and credit check
• No evictions and a good standing with previous landlords
• Have a fulltime job or be a student
• Age 20-34
• Applicant must be non-smoker
• No pets
