Price is all inclusive, utilities, high speed internet, Netflix, Hulu Included. Upstairs and downstairs thermostats for comfort. Camera/Alarm system. No smoking is allowed in the house. No street parking is allowed within the community. Smoking is allowed on back patio and outdoor areas. If you have a motorbike instead of a car covered and secured parking is available.

20 something professional mixed males/females.. Quiet, clean, keep to ourselves for the most part but will have a wine night or hang out session from time to time. The house has a great vibe and everyone gets along.

Our ideal roommate is responsible with bills, works outside of the home (any shift but we welcome third shifters) is clean, and is pleasant to be around.
